Hand wash with mild soap and water immediately, rinse, then hand dry with a soft cloth.
Never put in the dishwasher or the microwave.
A light coat of vegetable oil applied to the surface is recommended when serving salads and other salty or acidic foods.
Serving pieces can go from the freezer, to the oven up to 375 degrees, then directly to the table.
Direct cutting, abrasive cleaner, or any use of sharp objects will scratch the surface.
Use for serving only. Do not store food.
